Retail Sales Floor Manager

Summary of duties include but are not limited to:

• Advising customers on purchase options;
• Prepare and manage staff schedules;
• Participate in merchandising, stocking and promotional activities, including pet, feed, animal health, tack, western wear and apparel;
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards;
• Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring store policies and procedures;
• Must have a clean and professional image to the customers in accordance with standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience;
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends;
• Experience in western and pet stores preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to coach/train others;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• The determination to achieve and exceed sales targets;
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm and focused in times of unexpected situations;
• You have an aptitude for merchandising;
• Must be self- motivated and be able to work independently;
• Must have the physical ability to lift and carry the heavy product.
