Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer service and support.
• Maintain a professional appearance, friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service attitude.
• Work in partnership with the management team to maximize store sales.
• Participate in merchandising, stocking and promotional activities including pet, feed, animal health, western wear, and apparel.

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail environment is a definite asset.
• Must be punctual, dependable and have a focus on superior customer service.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 20lb repeatedly.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pet industry experience is considered an asset.
