Feeding Directions
The following outlines the amounts to be fed per feeding. Calves should receive at least two daily feedings. In extremely cold or adverse environmental conditions, it is recommended to feed three times per day. Calculate amount to be fed in three or more feedings from total daily intake from two feedings.

Who Uses: A performance oriented producer who wants optimal calf performance and health at an economical price. This calf milk replacer incorporates research-developed patented modified soy protein.
Feeding Tips:
New calves must receive colostrum within two hours of birth and for the first two days after birth. Colostrum should be fed in small portions often with a minimum of three feeding per day. Calves should be fed 2 to 4 litres of colostrum per day.
Feed Maxi Care from day four through weaning in two feedings per day mixed at rates recommended on the tag. Follow directions carefully.
Incorporate a higher feeding rate of milk replacer powder, approximately 25% more milk replacer powder, versus the conventional program for more aggressive young calf growth and performance.
During winter months, a third feeding can be introduced to reduce the effects of cold stress on calves.
When starter intake reaches 0.75 kg per calf per day consistently for two to three days, the calf is eligible to be weaned and fed exclusively 19% Calf Starter Ration on a free-choice basis.
